Please provide two (2) character references along with their email addresses. Your references may include a teacher, guidance counselor, church member, or family friend who can speak to your character and ambition.

Financial Obligation | Application and Registration Fees

To apply the application fee is waived. Past participants, the application fee is waived. If you’re selected, the remaining registration fee of $200 (also non-refundable) will be due by January 11, 2025. You’re welcome to pay the full $200 upon approval, upfront if you prefer. Please note that all fees are non-refundable, and if the registration fee isn’t received by January 11, the spot may be forfeited. Past participants, registration fee is $100.00.

Your registration fee covers everything you need for an enriching experience, including: one t-shirt, one polo, sash, headshot, workshop materials, meals and transportation, admission tickets for site visits (2 site visits), The Pink House Brunch and Tea Party, Gala admission and transportation to the Gala. A half-page ad in the Gala book on behalf of the Savannah Juneteenth Fine Arts Festival.

*Please note that the registration fee does not include the cost of travel to Washington, DC, if you choose to attend.*

Payments can be made via credit or debit card, and a payment link will be sent to you by the pageant administration once you’re accepted. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any transaction fees, and all payments are non-refundable.

I have read and understand the rules, requirements and financial obligation in the Pageant Program Handbook.

I wish to submit my/my child’s application for the 2025 Miss Savannah Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant and agree to follow all pageant rules. I understand any violation may lead to immediate removal and that all fees are non-refundable.

I consent to all video, photography, and media coverage related to this event, allowing my child’s name and likeness to be used for informational, promotional, and professional purposes. I acknowledge that all content created for the pageant will belong to Chosen for The Arts, without needing further approval.

I also agree to hold Chosen for The Arts and the Miss Savannah Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant harmless from any liability during participation in the 2025 program.

I acknowledge mandatory meetings, workshops, rehearsals, and consent to exclusive media use by the organization.
