DISCLAIMER: Special Events Permits
Special Events Permits will not be issued until ALL supporting documents are submitted, reviewed, & given authoritative approval. Supporting documents may include:
- Certificate of Insurance (Required for all Applicants)
- Detailed Site Map (i.e. requested location for fencing, car entries for car show, stage placement, tent/canopy placement, etc)
- Other Necessary & Applicable Permits (i.e. Mass Gathering Permit, Encroachment Permit, Burn Permit, Temporary Food Service Permit, etc.)
- Certificates/Licenses (i.e Movie License, Temporary/Seasonal Business License, Special Event Sales Tax License, etc.)
- Fees/Deposits
- Plans (Traffic Control Plans, FAA Approved Flight Plan, Animal Health Hazards/Nuissances Plan, Parking Plan etc.)
- Additional Contracts (contractor for fencing, barricades, portable restrooms, etc.)
