• GSEOK Property Project Request

  • This request form is for Girl Scout Troops interested in completing a Take Action or service project at one of our camp properties. This can be done by submitting a proposal for a project you would like to complete or requesting to complete a service project from a pre-determined list from our property team.

    Please complete the information in this form entirely, once submitted the Outdoor Experiences Team will review your request. Note that further discussions, including potential site visits may be required in order for the project to be approved.

    DISCLAIMER: Submission of a camp project request form does not guarantee the project will be approved. Our camp properties are ever changing and therefore projects must serve a purpose and address a common issue or need at camp. Approved projects also may not be permanent fixtures on camp and may be removed or changed as needed for the future growth and development of the property.

  • If you or your troop is interested in completing a pre-determined camp service project based on the current needs from our property team please complete your contact information below. If you have a specific date in mind that you would like to complete this project, please let us know. Depending on the date we may or may not be able to accommodate, so we appreciate your flexibility. Once we receive your request council staff team members will be in touch.

    NOTE: Everyday actions like general camp clean up and general trail clean up is welcomed by any and all troops and does not require any pre-approval. This however should be done in coordination with a planned day at camp with a property reservation.

  • Project Skill Level

    We have a variety of projects around camp that come with a varying degree of difficulty. We want to do our best to pair your group with the best age-appropriate project. Below please rate the skill level for your group for completing a project. Level 1 is easier camp projects like spreading mulch and appropriate for all ages. Level 5 would be a project like building a bench or table and requires use of special tools. This type of project may be better suited for older Girl Scouts.
