While all of the meals are buffet style to accommodate all types of preferences and allergies, we know that some people’s needs are more severe.

If you need to make sure that there is absolutely no cross contamination or have a very limited diet, please contact both Leslie (Conference Registrar) and Matt (Conference Coordinator). They will make sure you have what you need to have a safe and healthy experience.

Conference Refund Policy

If you have paid for the 2025 OAEA State Conference and there is a change in your availability, you may request a refund at any time.

Due to deposits, service fees, and money spent, a 100% refund is not possible.
- 100% for circumstances outside of your control like a family emergency, administrative denial, disaster, etc. Cases will be looked at individually.
- 75% if requested 60 days before OAEA Conference.
- 50% if requested 30 or more before OAEA Conference.
- 25% if requested 15 or more days before OAEA Conference.
- 0% if requested less than 14 days before OAEA Conference.

Refund Policy*
Image Release

Participation in OAEA activities assumes the permission of participants to be photographed and/or shown on video.

Members' likenesses may be used for arts advocacy, on the Ohio Art Education website, in reports, shown at current or future events, and/or other uses by the Ohio Art Education Association.

The Ohio Art Education does not profit by sharing images or recordings, nor does it pay to use the images of its members.

OAEA Foundation Donation

OAEF serves as the grant/scholarship issuing arm of the OAEA.

Current programs include the: Classroom Incentive Grant, Teacher Enrichment Grant, higher education student scholarships, and the Governor’s Youth Art Exhibit.

Support for these programs and special initiatives are issued from funds generated from the interest on the principal investments of the Foundation.

Registrations with checks postmarked after the above dates are subject to additional invoices (for example, if an Early Bird registration's payment is postmarked on October 5, the registration may be flagged to cover the additional cost of registration).
