    1. Entry Fee Payment Schedule:
      - Cost per player: $95
      - Deposit: A $500 deposit is required upfront to hold team places.
      - Withdrawal by 1st of March: Teams that withdraw by this date are eligible for a full refund, including the $500 deposit.
      - Withdrawal after 1st of March: Teams that withdraw after this date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
      - Full Entry Fee Payment: Due by 1st of May.
      - Withdrawal after 1st June: No refunds after this date

Important Note: By securing places, teams may prevent other clubs from participating. Withdrawing after March can impact other teams’ ability to join and limits their fundraising time, making it challenging for them to replace a team on short notice.

    2. Waste-Free Event
Global Games aims to reach our goal of running waste-free events in 2025. By entering, you accept that you are responsible for sorting your own waste and recycling at the event, bringing your recycling to the "Without Waste" tent, and taking all of your general waste away with you. You will need to factor your teams general waste disposal costs into your fundraising efforts. The aim of this is to minimise the amount of waste going to landfill from our event and to reduce our environmental impact.
