RULES and REGULATIONS:
1. Attendance: If accepted, I agree to attend the entire Camp as scheduled.
2. Code of Conduct: I commit to following the Camp’s behavioural code of conduct and will participate actively, showing diligence and enthusiasm with my designated group.
3. No Electronics Policy: I understand that electronic devices, including mobile phones and cameras, are not allowed. If I bring any, they will be confiscated for the duration of the Camp.
4. Room Assignment: I accept that my room assignment is decided by the Camp management, which may mean rooming separately from friends or siblings.
5. Consequences for Rule-Breaking: I am aware that breaking any rules may result in dismissal from the Camp at the sole discretion of the management.
6. Fee Payment: Fees are due within 5 days of submitting this form.
7. Selection: I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee my acceptance to the Camp. If I am not selected, my fees will be refunded.
8. Program Itinerary: I acknowledge that the management may alter the program itinerary as needed.
9. Language of Instruction: All instructions during the Camp will be provided in English.
10. Cancellation Policy: If I choose to cancel my application, I understand that fees are non-refundable.

General Consent

As the participants are under the age of 18, TWF requires consent from a parent or guardian for the following.
1. I give consent to my daugher to travel to the abovementioned location and participate in the Camp in accordance with arrangements made by TWF.
2. I understand and agree that TWF will not be held liable for any illness or injury that my child may experience during the Camp.
3. In the event that my child requires emergency medical treatment or procedures during the Camp, I authorize the Organizers to make necessary decisions and arrange for appropriate treatments at the discretion of the supervisor(s).
4. Should my child require any paid medical treatment, or should my child be required to return home at any point during the Camp for any reason, I accept responsibility for covering any associated costs of treatment or travel.
I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this application, and I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
Media Consent:

We request your consent to capture photos and videos of your child during the course. These materials will support our ability to share and promote the course, benefiting future participants:
1. I hereby consent to TWF capturing photographs and/or video recordings of my child throughout his time at Camp, including but not limited to his journey to and from the pickup point and his participation in Camp activities.
2. I understand that these images and recordings may be used in various print and digital media formats, including but not limited to, publications, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertisements, films, and social media. I acknowledge that images shared online may be accessible globally and not limited to the United Kingdom or India, and that some images or recordings may be retained permanently for archival or future promotional purposes.
3. I understand that participation in photos and videos is voluntary, and I can choose to opt out or request the removal of my child’s image at any time by contacting TWF. The organization will honour all reasonable requests for deletion in compliance with data protection regulations, unless required otherwise for legitimate legal or archival.
I agree to the terms above, understanding that my child’s personal data will be processed securely in accordance with TWF’s privacy policy and GDPR.
