    RS Feva Open Days

    We’re excited to announce three upcoming RS Feva Open Days, designed for Club Members and their guests who want to experience the thrill of sailing in this dynamic class. These Open Days are a fantastic way for sailors to explore RS Feva, with top-tier coaching available for all attendees.

    Details:

    Dates: Saturday, November 9th | Sunday, November 10th | Saturday, November 16th


    Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

    What to Expect: Each session is led by expert Feva coaches who will guide sailors through an introduction to the class, provide coaching tips, and take them out on the water for an exhilarating experience. Sailors can try one session free of charge, offering the perfect opportunity to get a feel for RS Feva sailing with the guidance of our best coaches.

    What to wear: Sailors should be dressed for November weather, full sailing gear, buoyancy aids, wetsuits or dry suits, hats, gloves etc. It will be colder afloat and sailors may be in the water. 

    Sailors will sail with current Feva sailors aboard their boats and also utilize the Club Feva fleet.  

    Whether you’re interested in discovering RS Feva or simply want to enjoy a day out on the water, don’t miss this opportunity to learn and experience all that this class has to offer!

    I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and accept that sailing and its associated activities are classified as ‘adventure water sports’ and involve certain inherent risks. I understand that participation in these activities should only occur with proper equipment, including suitable clothing and safety gear, such as a life jacket/buoyancy aid. I also understand that sailing and its associated activities involve physical demands that require a reasonable level of fitness. I am not aware of any health conditions, illnesses, or injuries that would impede my child’s ability to safely participate in sailing or related activities. I confirm that my child is a competent swimmer and comfortable in the water. I understand that they engage in this course entirely at their own risk.

    By completing below, I indemnify the Royal St. George Yacht Club, including their trustees, officers, staff, and members (the Club), against any loss, damage, accident, claim, injury, or mishap arising from the use of Club facilities and participation in the course, which shall be at the participant’s own risk.

    I acknowledge that any boat provided to my child for this course does not belong to them. While availing of the Club’s facilities, including any boat assigned by the Club, my child shall be responsible for the vessel’s management and the conduct of its crew.

    Furthermore, I acknowledge that the Club accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to person or property at any time, and I confirm that I will not hold the Club accountable for any such injury, loss, or damage.
