Completion of this form is REQUIRED to be considered for long-term/short-term ownership by Jaded Princess. Be sure to read each question carefully. Understand that I am a FINdomme, meaning tributes and payments are a requirement in order to serve me. Yes I do offer Femdom and love it, but initial tribute and separate payments for sessions are STILL required. I am completely uninterested if you are not paying. *Before submission of this form, you MUST send a $22.22 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee to one of my many payment methods included in the links on my website princessjaded.com (Along side my tribute of $33.) Until your application fee is received alongside tribute, very minimal communication will occur (if any hehe) If the application fee is not received within 24 hours of submission, your application will be instantly discarded and you will be blocked.
