Completion of this form is REQUIRED to be considered for long-term/short-term ownership by Jaded Princess. Be sure to read each question carefully. Understand that I am a FINdomme, meaning tributes and payments are a requirement in order to serve me. Yes I do offer Femdom and love it, but initial tribute and separate payments for sessions are STILL required.
