NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ITEMS ON THE DAY OF OUR DISTRIBUTION.

Please adhere to the below guidelines:

Children must be present at time of pickup OR a copy of the child's birth certificate must be provided if child can not attend with you. No exceptions.

Note: If you are currently pregnant, you must either be visibly showing or show proof of pregnancy via a doctor's note.
