Schenpen_Tattoo Booking Form
Thank you for your interest in getting tattooed! This form is for serious inquiries only. After the form is submitted you will receive an email confirmation, as well as a follow up email (within a week) to let you know if your submission has been accepted or denied and to go over the details of your project. Once your submission has been accepted, a $50-$100 deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and goes toward the cost of the tattoo.
