    Checks: To pay by check, please make checks payable to Pinnacle Shoulder Meeting and mail to Attn: Sherri & Tricia at 2780 E. Barnett Rd, suite 200, Medford OR, 97504. Checks must be recieved by August 25, 2025.

    Cancellations: All conference cancellations must be made in writing by emailing to pinnacleshouldermeeting@gmail.com. Cancellations made by August 1, 2025 will receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be received if made between August 2 - 31, 2025. Cancellations received after September 1 will not receive a refund. 

    Registration Rates: 

    Physicians - $999 (Rates increase to $1250 after July 14)
    Early Career Physician (less than 5 years out of residency/fellowship​) - $650
    Advanced Practice Provider (ie: PA, NP, PT) - $650
    Fellow/Resident/Medical Student - $400
