Account Pause Policy

The membership can be put on hold for up to 2 months. During an account hold to pause the membership, a $40.00 per month fee will be charged to maintain the membership.

When unpausing the membership, there will be a charge for the full price for the new full lash set.

There is a limit of 2 account freezes per 12 month timeframe for members. Account pause requests must be provided via the online account pause form and require 30 days’ notice.

By signing below, I understand and acknowledge the Account Pause Policy and the following:
I understand that any remaining fills can be used before they expire.
I understand that by pausing my membership I will need to purchase a new full set when I return to the salon for lash services and will pay the full regular price for a new full set.
I understand that my membership must be reinstated within 2 months of the initial pause, or my account will be cancelled.
I understand that the pause on my account will not take effect until I receive confirmation from Bliss Hair Studio within 30 days that the account has been paused.
