  • Application Sections

    The application is divided into six sections: (1) Application Contact Information, (2) Organizational and Applicant Eligibility, (3) Financial Health Programming, (4) Organization Budget, (5) Additional Information, and (6) Attachments. Your responses will remain confidential, only to be seen by EVC and used to develop programming.

  • Part 2: Organization and Applicant Eligibility

    This portion of the application assesses your eligibility for the EVC Leadership Fellowship. Please note that you can only move forward if you meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Please answer the following questions to determine your organization's eligibility:

  • 1. Is your organization a 501(c)3 or fiscally sponsored in Greater Washington?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • If your organization is fiscally sponsored, please provide the following information:

  • Part 2: Organization and Applicant Eligibility

    This portion of the application assesses your eligibility for the EVC Leadership Fellowship. Please note that you can only move forward if you meet the eligibility criteria.
  • 2. Does your organization employ at least two (2) full-time staff members?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 3. Has your organization operated for at least three (3) years?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 4. Does your organization have a board of directors?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 5. Is your organization on track to serve at least 100 individuals (unduplicated) this year?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 6. Does the organization have a basic data tracking system in place?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • Please answer the following questions to determine your applicant eligibility:

  • 1. Has at least one applicant from your organization attended the EVC Leadership Academy?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 2. Is at least one applicant applying for the Fellowship a C-suite leader (vice president or executive director) at your organization?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 3. Has at least one applicant been at your organization for at least two (2) years?*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 4. Can both applicants spend at least 20 hours a month on Fellowship activities? (Fellowship activities include, but are not limited to: pre-work/readings; technical assistance calls; peer learning activities; professional development sessions.)*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • 5. Are both applicants available to attend the EVC Training Institute's week-long in-person training, which will be held from Monday, March 3rd, through Thursday, March 6th, 2025? (Please note that the Institute Activities require full-day commitments, and missing this training forfeits your acceptance.)*

  • If you answered no to any of the eligibility questions, you do not qualify for the EVC Fellowship. Please do not proceed to the next section.

  • Part Three: Financial Health Programming

    This application portion will help us better understand your financial health programming. Please note that you are not required to provide services or measure outcomes in all of these financial health areas to be eligible for the Fellowship. However, we are looking for organizations that offer at least one financial health service and have some basic data tracking capability in place.
