LIABILITY RELEASE
I understand that my journey is my own. I understand that yoga and reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatments, prescribe
substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself. I am voluntarily participating in coaching, yoga, and/or reiki sessions with A Dose of Mind LLC. As in any physical activity, risk of injury is possible. I assume the risk of yoga, meditation, reiki, EFT tapping, and other somatic modalities and release A Dose of Mind and Lena Gutiérrez from any liability claims.

CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE
Radical honesty is one of the core principles of work with A Dose of Mind. In order for that to be possible, trust is essential. Nothing that arises in the session or as part of our work will be shared with any third party without the written consent of the client.
