Northside Animal Hospital New Client Booking Fee
To help us maintain an efficient schedule and ensure that every patient receives the attention they deserve, we have implemented a booking fee that is equal to the cost of the examination.

This booking fee will be applied towards the cost of your visit. It’s important to note that the booking fee will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show.

Additionally, please be aware that new clients who no show or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice more than one time will not be considered for future appointments.

We require payment for all services immediately upon completion of the appointment or procedure.

We accept several payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. At this time, we are unable to accept American Express credit cards.

Please note: All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge. There is no surcharge for cash, DEBIT, Care Credit/Scratch Pay transactions.

We understand that unexpected veterinary expenses can arise. To assist our clients, we work with Care Credit, and Scratch Pay and encourage our clients to purchase Pet Health insurance so that everyone is prepared for those unexpected expenses.

Pet Insurance
Another popular option for your family and pet is to consider pet insurance. At Northside Animal Hospital, we highly recommend and encourage insurance as a way to provide payment assistance for unexpected expenses. Payment is expected at the time of service, and insurance claims are the responsibility of the pet owner to submit.
