Vendor Responsibilities
Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including:
Business Information: Vendors must provide a description of their company and the items they intend to sell upon registration.
Vending Space and Pricing : Each vendor will be allocated a 6x6 foot space. All equipment and merchandise must fit within this designated area.
- Two-Day Event: $150
- One-Day Event: $100

Vendors must specify during registration whether they are reserving a space for one or two days.
Indoor and Outdoor Spaces
Indoor and Outdoor vending spaces are available.
Indoor and Outdoor Spaces: Indoor and Outdoor spaces are limited and will be assigned to vendors on a first-paid,first-registered basis.Early payment is required to secure an indoor or outdoor space.
Payment and Registration
All payments and registration forms must be submitted no later than one week before the event to guarantee a reserved space.
Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid are non-refundable.
Vendors who submit payment early will have a higher chance of securing indoor vending spaces.
Setup and Event Logistics
Setup Time: Vendors may set up between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day of the event.
Area Maintenance: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their area is left in the same condition as it was found. All trash, debris, and unused items must be removed by the Vendor before leaving.
Censorship Rights
The Nile Gardens reserves the right to censor or modify any Vendor's space, including displays, for safety or appropriateness at the event.
Liability
The Nile Gardens is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of Vendor property during the event.
