2025 CNJG Membership Renewal

Thank you for being a member of the Council of New Jersey Grantmakers!

Please use this online form to inform CNJG that you are renewing for 2025.

You can now renew for multiple years beyond 2025! See below for details.

The 2025 membership year runs from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Notification of renewal are due to CNJG by March 31 and payment is due by June 30. If you need to pay later than June 30, please contact Craig Weinrich at CNJG.

Dues are calculated on either (your choice):
1. Your total grantmaking from 2024 or
2. An average of your total grantmaking from the past three years (2022, 2023, 2024)

Organizations headquartered in NJ should calculate dues based on their entire grantmaking budget; those headquartered outside NJ, should calculate dues based on their giving in New Jersey. For more dues calculation policies, see www.cnjg.org/join.

Based on the chart above, our organization will pay this amount for our 2025 membership:

Some members choose to make all or a portion of their dues in the form of a grant. For your tax purposes, all dues in excess of $770 may be reasonably reported as a grant.

CNJG now offers members the option to commit to a multi-year membership renewal. We won't ask you each year to renew, however, we will need to confirm the amount your organization gave to invoice you for the correct amount of dues. The schedule of dues through 2030 is available here.

How multi-year renewals will work:

If you would like to commit your organization to renewing for multiple years, select one of the options below. CNJG will record the pledge(s) in our database for each year to which you commit, and will invoice your organization in mid-October for the similar amount (including our board-approved annual 3% increase) from what you paid in the previous year.

Because the amount of giving by an organization can change from one year to the next and that causes your organizational dues to increase or decrease, please let CNJG know.

This option effectively enables your organization to skip the annual need to let CNJG know you are renewing.
