For payments less than $30 you may pay cash in person at the office. You must pay with exact change. We cannot make change in the office. Any overpayment will be applied to tenant account as a credit. Please contact the office with any questions.

Wainright Property Management, LLC is transparent regarding all fees charged to use the online payment service. All online payments are automatically adjusted to include handling and transaction fees. The fee charged covers transaction fees accessed to WPM in order to use the online payment service.

In order to accept online payments, WPM must charge handling/transaction fees to recover the cost of using the online payment service. WPM provides the online payment service to better serve our Residents and Applicants.

WPM offers alternate methods of payment in order to avoid online handling/transaction fees. Residents may make payments in person at the office during regular business hours or payments may be dropped in the night drop 24/7. Please feel free to call the office with any questions or concerns about payment methods.
