DOCUMENTS FOR INITIAL STUDENTS

• Copy of passport
• Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
• Financial statements showing:
  • $21,000 for 1-year Form I-20*
  • $12,500 for 6-month Form I-20*
  • $6,400 for 3-month Form I-20*

*Part-time students need only attach a copy of the passport.

*The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months. *For dependents, must show an additional $3,000.00 per dependent.

 

DOCUMENTS FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS

• Copy of passport, F-1 Student Visa and Form I-94
• Current Form I-20
• Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
• Financial statements showing:
  • $21,000 for 1-year Form I-20*
  • $12,500 for 6-month Form I-20*
  • $6,400 for 3-month Form I-20*
• Completed transfer request form (CWC will provide)

*The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months.

*For dependents, must show an additional $3,000.00 per dependent.

• Copy of passport and Form I-94

• Financial statements showing:
