Summer of Surf Holiday Programme

Terms & conditions:

1. This holiday programme is limited to 25 children per day.
2. Payment for the holiday programme is required at the time of booking - $15 per child, per session online registrations. $20 to register on site on the same day and space may not be available.
3. Changes or cancellations can be made up until Monday, 30th December 2024 with no charges.
4. Once the programme has commenced, there are no refunds for cancellations unless 5 working days notice is given. An admin charge of 10% will apply to process a refund.
5. Your fees for your child/children's booking are non-refundable and non-transferable if they do not attend.
6. Children must be collected promptly at 1pm or additonal charges will apply.
7. Please provide your child/children with shoes, suitable clothing and swimwear for the advertised activities, sunscreen, sunhat, raincoat, and sufficient food for lunch, snacks and drinks each day.

We need to organise the correct number of staff to child ratio so online booking is required by the day before. You are welcome to come along on the day to see if there are any places still available. Registrations on the day are $20.
