Application Fee & Payment: Payment details and deadlines will be provided upon acceptance. A link for payment will be provided once application has been received and reviewed.
Setup & Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their displays within designated times. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table and chairs.
Cancellations: We request that vendors notify us as soon as possible if unable to attend. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 72 hours before event date.
Product Liability: The Cottage by Monarch is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of products during the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry insurance for their products.
Marketing & Promotion: By participating, vendors agree to allow The Cottage by Monarch to use their business name, logo, and product images for event promotion. Vendors also agree to promote the event on social media and amongst their community to help ensure a successful event for everyone!
