Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms:
Application Fee & Payment: Payment details and deadlines will be provided upon acceptance. A link for payment will be provided once application has been received and reviewed.

Setup & Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their displays within designated times. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table and chairs.

Cancellations: We request that vendors notify us as soon as possible if unable to attend. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 72 hours before event date.

Product Liability: The Cottage by Monarch is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of products during the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry insurance for their products.

Marketing & Promotion: By participating, vendors agree to allow The Cottage by Monarch to use their business name, logo, and product images for event promotion. Vendors also agree to promote the event on social media and amongst their community to help ensure a successful event for everyone!

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
The Cottage by Monarch & The Monarch Movement LLC

This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Monarch Movement LLC, including its affiliated entity The Cottage by Monarch ("Company"), and the undersigned member, participant, or business partner ("Recipient").

1. Purpose

The Cottage by Monarch is a safe space where members can freely express themselves while they embark on a journey of personal transformation. To maintain the integrity, trust, and privacy of this community, all individuals involved in events, conversations, workshops, classes, and other activities agree to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.

2. Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

Any discussions, conversations, or shared personal experiences that occur within The Cottage by Monarch.
Any proprietary information about The Monarch Movement LLC, including business strategies, financial details, and member programs.
Any materials, content, presentations, or techniques shared during workshops, events, and classes.
Any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken at The Cottage by Monarch.

3. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Obligations

The Recipient agrees to:

Maintain the confidentiality of all information shared within The Cottage by Monarch.
Not disclose, share, or discuss any personal details, experiences, or insights revealed by other members outside of The Cottage by Monarch.
Not take, share, or publish any pictures, videos, or audio recordings from events, workshops, or classes without prior written consent from The Monarch Movement LLC.
Not use any confidential or proprietary information for personal gain, competition, or any purpose outside of the scope of the relationship with The Monarch Movement LLC.

4. Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations shall not apply to information that:

Is publicly available or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Recipient.
Is required to be disclosed by law or a valid legal order (with prior notice to The Monarch Movement LLC, if legally permissible).

5. Enforcement & Consequences of Breach

A violation of this Agreement may result in:

Immediate termination of membership or business partnership.
Legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief.
The forfeiture of access to events, services, and privileges provided by The Cottage by Monarch.

6. Duration

This Agreement remains in effect for the entire duration of the Recipient’s membership or business relationship with The Monarch Movement LLC, and continues indefinitely with respect to confidential information received during that time.

7. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement, understanding that The Cottage by Monarch is a protected, private space where confidentiality is a priority for the well-being of all members and partners.
