We’re proud to announce that The Trenches 7on7 Program is expanding nationwide!
Programs are now operating in:
Los Angeles (CA) | Houston (TX) | South Florida | Las Vegas (NV) | Reno (NV) | South Carolina

REGISTRATION FEE: $300
(PLEASE READ PAYMENT OPTIONS BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT)

To secure your athlete’s roster spot, a deposit or half-payment is required.
Full payment is due by December 15th to ensure timely uniform orders.
Late balances may delay uniform delivery.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
OPTION 1 — 25% DEPOSIT ($75) Now
• $75 due immediately to lock in roster spot and number
• Remaining $225 due by December 15th (or split)
• We will not exceed 15 players per age group

OPTION 2 — HALF NOW ($150), HALF LATER ($150) Locks your player in!
• $150 due immediately
• Remaining $150 due by December 15th

OPTION 3 — PAY IN FULL ($300)
• One-time payment of $300
• Locks your athlete’s spot instantly

LIMITED ROSTER SPOTS
• 25 invites sent per age group
• Only 15 players per level will be accepted
• First come, first serve — once 15 players are confirmed, registration closes for that age group
• Preferred jersey numbers are assigned in order of payment received

OPTIONAL: PLAYER DEVELOPMENT TRAINING ($225–$250/month)
(Does NOT include registration. Choosing training voids the $300 registration fee.)

• Tailored training schedule (M–F)
• Speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and positional work
• Designed to elevate your athlete’s overall performance

CONFIRMATION & MEDIA WELCOME
Once payment is received:

• Your athlete will receive a personalized “Commitment” graphic for Instagram
• If your athlete does not have Instagram: a welcome email will be sent
• This confirms registration and activates:

Uniform ordering
Media coverage
Roster placement
Tournament planning
Practice Facilities

IMPORTANT DATES
November 1 — Invitations released by age group full month of November
December 15–18 — Uniform orders processed (FULL BALANCE REQUIRED)
December 15 — Practices begin (1x/week) at Natomas HS or Grant HS
January 11 – Mid-April — Tournament season begins (every other weekend)

PROGRAM STRUCTURE & SEASON OVERVIEW
To support families balancing multiple sports, our program is flexible and focused.

PRACTICES — 1x/week (possibly 2; TBD)
• Bay Area teams (10U, 12U, 15U): Valley Christian High School
• Sacramento teams (10U, 12U, 14U, 15U/18U): Natomas HS or Grant HS
• Practices typically Thursday or Friday evenings
• 10U–14U tournaments on Saturdays
• 15U–18U tournaments on Sundays

SEASON FORMAT
• 2 Tournaments per month
• 7–8 total tournaments
• Pending Battle Vegas invitation (a replacement tournament will be used if not invited)

PLAYER PARTICIPATION FEES (PER TOURNAMENT)
Parents will pay a participation fee for each event.
Fees are determined by tournament cost and roster size.

Range: $25–$45 per player, per tournament
Tournaments are every other weekend.

Participation is encouraged for all athletes.

MEDIA COVERAGE & CONTENT CREATION
The Trenches Media Team provides professional coverage all season:

• Player highlights
• Creative challenges
• Mic’d-up sessions
• Behind-the-scenes features
• Game day photos
• Social media spotlights
• Weekly/Season content

Live Stream Coverage
• Select games streamed on our YouTube channel with link 
• One camera per event due to field logistics
• Streams rotate by age group based on schedule

Our media presence gives athletes the platform, visibility, and recognition they deserve.

WHERE YOUR INVESTMENT GOES
The Trenches operates on a reinvestment model — every dollar supports athlete opportunity.
Our staff and coaches volunteer their time.

Registration funds help cover:
• Tournament entry fees
• Uniforms and equipment
• Field rentals
• Facility rentals (weather backup)
• Media production and coverage

The Trenches is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
All contributions support athlete development, field access, equipment, and travel.
