It is a requirement of A.D.I Dance Studios for insurance and safety purposes, that all parents/guardians sign an enrolment form prior to students’ commencement. By signing this enrolment form you are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined below.
A $50 enrolment fee per dancer is required to be paid upon enrolment to secure your students place within the studio, fee discounts apply for families with more than one dancer.

Fee Schedule

Term fees are per student per term and are calculated based on the number of classes your dancer attends. Discounts apply for families with more than one (1) dancer. Invoices are per term regardless of public holidays, should your class fall on a public holiday you are welcome to a make up class in any other genre within your applicable age group.

Enrolment Fee:
$50 per year per dancer

Term Dates
Fees are invoiced based on Queensland School Terms; prices reflect a 10 week term.

Term 1 2026: Tuesday 27 January to Thursday 2 April

Term 2 2026: Monday 20 April to Friday 26 June

Term 3 2026: Monday 13 July to Friday 18 September

Term 4 2026: Tuesday 6 October to Friday 4 December

Aerial Program – NOT included in class packages - Aerial Lyra - $262.50 per term, Aerial Silks - $262.50 per term. Aerial Silks and Lyra bundle - $472.50 per term.

Sibling Discount:
Families with more than one dancer will receive a discount off their total term fee invoice

2026 Timetable

Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable enrolment fee of $50 is required at the time of enrolment to secure your dancers booking.

2. Fees are invoiced per term and accounts MUST be settled by the specified due date. Payment is by bank transfer, EFT or credit card. Any monies outstanding after the due date will incur a $50 late fee. If you are unable to pay fees within the specified timeframe, please contact us to arrange a payment plan. If any fees are unpaid for a timeframe more than 30 days from the due date, without pre-approved alternative arrangements, A.D.I Dance Studios reserve the right to:

* Exclude the student from attending classes, performances, or concerts.

3. If a student chooses not to attend, is unable to attend a class, or chooses to remove classes from their enrolment during a term, no refund or reduction of fees will be offered. Please be aware timetables are subject to change throughout the year.

4. If you choose to amend your enrolment once your term invoice has been sent, you will be charged an admin fee of $10 to do so, changes can only be made before the Term begins.

5. Should you choose to terminate your enrolment during the term, the term fees will need to be finalised and no refund of fees will be offered.

6. Invoices are per term regardless of public holidays, should your class fall on a public holiday you are welcome to a make up class in any other genre within your applicable age group.

7. It is the parents’ responsibility to read relevant newsletters, information and updates issued via the email address provided at the time of enrolment.

8. We have a closed-door policy during lessons for the safety and comfort of teachers and students. We will open our doors once a term for you to watch your dancers’ classes and see their growth throughout the term. This will occur during the last week of term.

9. Students should adhere to the A.D.I Dance Studios uniform regulations which will be outlined upon enrolment.

10. At times students may be photographed or filmed during classes, rehearsals, and performances, to be used for promotion of the studio. Should you wish for your child not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know.

I understand that there are 4 terms in each year upon which fees will be invoiced and are payable. I acknowledge that should monies not be paid by the stated due date that a late fee charge of $50 will be incurred. Should payment not be able to be made it is my responsibility to contact A.D.I Dance Studios for an alternative fee arrangement.

Liability Waiver and Acknowledgment of Risk
All dancers under the age of 18 years, must have a parent/guardian complete and sign this acknowledgment on behalf of the student.

Photography Permission

I give permission for A.D.I Dance Studios, its teachers, and employees to take and use visual/audio images/recordings of my child during classes, rehearsals, and performances for A.D.I Dance Studios marketing and publicity materials, websites, and social media.

In the event of an accident or Illness where it is not possible to communicate with me, I give permission for the teacher in charge to arrange whatever transport and/or medical attention he/she deems necessary for my child. Indemnity
I acknowledge that all care according to the Code of Ethics of Dance Teachers will be taken by A.D.I Dance Studios. However, A.D.I Dance Studios accepts no responsibility for injury or loss to person or property and shall not be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from or caused by and negligence of the Director, teachers, or any other employees of A.D.I Dance Studios.
As the parent/guardian/student over 18, I blanks (name) understand and agree that participation in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance involves a risk of accidental injury despite all safety precautions. I voluntarily agree, to assume all risk related to any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or a student for whom I am parent/guardian during any A.D.I Dance Studios classes, rehearsals, performances, or other activities. I exempt and release, fully indemnify A.D.I Dance Studios, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or other students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action of any kind or characteristics whatsoever in respect of any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, any student for whom I am parent/guardian or property belonging to me or such student which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by A.D.I Dance Studios. I understand that I should be aware of my/my child's physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.
As the parent/guardian/student over 18, I confirm that I have provided A.D.I Dance Studios with all the relevant information of any medication, pre -existing injuries. allergies, medical conditions and/or limitations of my child/myself.
