By signing below, I agree to have read, understood and agree to the legal agreement above. I further consent and/ or authorize Santa Barbara Eastside Society to release photographs and videos of myself during my participation of their programs / events. I understand that the videos and photographs will be used in social media, media streams, and local print/ radio/viewing sources.ALL parade participants must sign this "Hold Harmless Waiver Form". The Entry Coordinator will assume responsibility that all Parade participants or participant’s parents have signed this form!

WEATHER POLICY In case of inclement weather, the parade will be rescheduled. All participants will be notified in advance.

NO REFUNDS POLICY Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. By submitting this form, you agree to the no-refund policy. RELEASE OF LIABILITY As a participant in the Milpas Street Holiday Parade, I/ we hereby release the Santa Barbara Eastside Society, the City of Santa Barbara, and all associated event organizers, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event. I/we understand and assume all risks associated with participation.
