This award covers full tuition, related fees, room, and board. It is renewable for four (4) years as long as the student meets the yearly requirements. The application and all materials are due on or before January 10, 2025.

To be eligible, a candidate MUST:
· Must be a U.S. citizen who has graduated or will graduate from an accredited high school before the start of the fall semester of the year in which the selection is made.
· Meet the requirements for admission to NC A&T State University. Must apply to the university prior to the application deadline.
· Minimum 3.75 GPA or better on a 4.0 scale.
· Test scores are optional for the 2025-2026 application period.
Include two typed and signed letters of recommendation/evaluation letters on letterhead.
· One letter from school (faculty, staff or administrator)
· One letter from a community organization (i.e. faith-based; civic; Boy/Girl Scouts; Boys & Girls Club; Jack-N-Jill; pageants/cotillions; etc.
One-page typed autobiography
Please include your name and date of birth on all submitted documents.
All required items must be submitted for your application to be considered complete. The full application must be received no later January 10, 2025.

- Can I send my application if I haven’t been admitted yet?
- Yes, however you must be admitted prior to applications being reviewed beginning Feburary 1.
- Do I have to know an alumni in order to apply?
- No, all New Freshmen are welcome to apply.
