DEPOSIT and PAYMENT: I understand the credit card provided will be charged a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for $2,500 per person. Your balance due on 10 FEB 2025 by check or bank transfer. BTC does not provide a breakdown of individual services included in your group travel.

REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Because of the nature of your group travel, rebooking is not available. All payments are non-refundable.

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Your airline ticket constitutes a contract between each passenger and the airlines, whether purchased on your own, through BTC or one of our consolidators/agents or not. BTC is not liable for, and does not assume responsibility or accept claims with regard to seat assignments, name changes, schedule changes, flight changes and/or cancellations, delays, or related expenses. All airline and/or consolidator change/cancellation fees will apply.

GROUP ATTRITION: BTC reserves the right to cancel the trip and refund deposits should a minimum number of participants not be reached by 15 DEC 2024.
