The ACDA conference planning process relies heavily on technology. Are you and your team comfortable learning new software and tools, such as Cvent (Registration Platform), Sched (Mobile App), and Google Sheets?

Timely communication is essential, including responding to emails from the National Office and conference participants within 48 hours. Does your team have the capacity to manage this communication within the expected timeframe?

What is your estimated max capacity for a conference?
