Time to Travel with Ruth charges a non-refundable professional services fee* to all clients for a quote. *Upon booking completion this fee IS refundable!* The fee for US Vacations, Mexico, and Caribbean vacations is $30. Any other destination/special requests may be a larger fee. This fee includes our usual services of finding/recommending the best properties for you, along with helping to navigate the ever-changing rules to travel, including the latest updates from the tour operators, airlines, and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination. Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, a complimentary consultation phone call will be set up. During that phone call, if both parties decide to move forward, the fee will be due prior to any planning of the vacation. While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our professional services fee ensures that you will not be alone with your vacation.
