Community Pass Program Application
Thank you for your interest in SAM's Community Pass Program. We created this program to provide free museum passes to local organizations that serve communities who have historically faced barriers or been excluded from engaging with the Museum. We are pleased to open this program to applicants for 2025. Please fill out this survey to help us learn more about your organization.
