PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUMMITING!

• You must be 18+ y/o NO EXCEPTIONS. Legal & vailad ID must be presented at time of appointment.

• Minimum deposit of $100 is REQUIRED to book! All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE! Please be deposit ready.

• Appointments may only be rescheduled with your deposit one time or you opt to forfeit your deposit. A 72 notice is required to reschedule. If notice is not given, deposit will be forfeited and i will require a new one to reschedule!

• 15 minute grace period after start time of appointment, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are running late please let me know and we can work something out. If you do not i will cancel your appointment after 15 minutes and your deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for respecting my time :)

• No call, no shows will forfeit their deposit no exceptions.

• Designs will be shown a couple days before your appointment for your approval. If major changes new to be made we may have to reschedule. If a whole new design needs to be created i will charge extra. Please send me a detailed description of what your wanting to avoid this!

✩ small tattoo (2-3 in) $200-$300+

✩ medium tattoo (3-5 in) $300-$500+

✩ large tattoo (5-7 in) $500-$700+

✩ xl tattoo (7-10 in) $750-$1000+
