PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUMMITING!

• You must be 18+ y/o NO EXCEPTIONS. Legal & valid ID must be presented at time of appointment.

• Minimum deposit of $100 is REQUIRED to book! All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE no exceptions!

• Appointments may only be rescheduled with your deposit one time or you opt to forfeit your deposit. A 72 notice is required to reschedule. If notice is not given, deposit will be forfeited and i will require a new one to reschedule!

• 15 minute grace period after start time of appointment, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are running late please let me know and we can work something out. If you do not i will cancel your appointment after 15 minutes and your deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for respecting my time :)

• No call, no shows will forfeit their deposit no exceptions.

• If you are getting a custom design your design will be shown at your appointment. If major changes need to be made we may have to reschedule. If this occurs you will forfeit your deposit and have to pay a new one to rebook. Please send me a very detailed description of what your wanting to avoid this! If you feel like you can't explain well over text I am available for in person consultations! I appreciate your trust!

✩ micro tattoo (1-2in) $100-$200+

✩ small tattoo (2-3 in) $200-$300+

✩ medium tattoo (3-5 in) $300-$500+

✩ large tattoo (5-7 in) $500-$700+

✩ xl tattoo (7-10 in) $750-$1000+
