I {name} confirm that I have spoken to Petite Posh Puppies and wish to make a “Boutique” Petite Posh Puppies Puppy Match deposit of $800. I am ready and excited for Petite Posh Puppies to personally find me my adorable puppy! I understand and agree that DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case that Petite Posh Puppies cancels the sale, or if in the unfortunate circumstance the puppy dies, the deposit will be returned to buyer. We aim to find your desired puppy within 3 weeks. However, this timeframe can differ due to availability at any given time. Note: Puppy must be picked up from Petite Posh Puppies within 48 hours of your puppy being ready to go home. Buyer will be responsible for a boarding fee of $50 per day if puppy is not picked up in the allotted 48 hour window.
