OOOPPS! Its dangerous to eat so close to a swim session. You shouldnt feed them for atleast 2hrs before, but longer the better!
Correct! Minimum of 2hrs but the longer the better.
Correct! Don't take any chances, excess water intake or bloating can be critical.
OOOPPSS! This can be very dangerous and potentially life threatening. Stop the session immediately and seek veterinary advice
OOOPPSS! You may have to go for a walk if you are more than 5minutes early.
Correct! Waiting room is only available just before your timeslot.
Correct! Although we do have them for sale in reception
OOOPPSS! We don't provide toys for non assisted sessions. We do however have them for sale in reception.
Correct! Upto 15mins unless the session after you is 30mins then you could take longer.
OOOPPSS! its a minimum of 15minutes but could be 30 if the session after you is 30minutes.
Correct! And it's also your responsibility to inform and discuss with your vet should there be any changes to your dogs health or condition.
OOOPPSS! It's your responsibility to check with your vet if your dog is suitable to attend hydrotherapy. You should also inform them of any changes to your dogs health or condition.

OOOPPSS! We try to keep this room dry, please head to the wetroom afterwards.
Correct! Its much safer for dogs to rest on the ramp, especially older dogs or those with mobility issues.
OOOPPSS! Getting in and out can be hazardous, especially for older or less mobile dogs.
Correct! Keeping the pool fur free has to be a joint effort and we appreciate your help!
