All pieces must be at your tent or club tent Dec 7th - 2024 - 10am
Judging will be Dec 7th at 11am till all pieces have been seen.
Awards will be Dec 8th - 1pm
Entries at DUE NO LATER THAN DEC. 1st, 2024 - 5pm

Entry fees: If you have a tent at the Toy Run show or are part of a art club tent entry is free -
If you do not have a tent for the event - Fee is 5.00 per piece or 3 for 12.00 - and Free for kids up to the ages of 17 -

Tents must be held down also we will NOT have security at night at the event we are not liable for anything left onsite after event hours.
