Once your order is confirmed by me, please submit your payment via Venmo to @lauren-nedelcu within 24 hours, otherwise your order cannot be fulfilled.

Pickup (CT orders):

All orders will be available for pick up MONDAY, AUGUST 25, 2025 in S. Windsor CT unless otherwise confirmed.

Exact address will be mailed after order and payment confirmation but the location is near the Dzen Tree Farm.

Delivery (CT orders):

I am happy to deliver any order in the greater Hartford area for $10 and date will be confirmed with customer.

Ingredients/Allergens:

All cookies are vanilla sugar cookies with vanilla icing and sprinkles.

All cookies are nut free but the establishment they are made in is NOT. Other known allergens in the establishment: peanuts, milk and wheat.

All cookies, even if not shown in the photo, will be contained in a heat-sealed baggie to maintain freshness and will display the exact ingredient list on the back.

Deposit: I understand that 50% of the payment is due to secure my date, and fully refundable up to 5 days out from the date of my event as confirmed. Without deposit, my date is NOT secured. I agree to pay the remainder prior to or upon receipt. An invoice for your deposit will be emailed to you once I confirm that the date for your cookies is available. Payments are processed through Venmo.

Refunds: No refunds. If there is an order issue, partial refunds on a case-by-case basis and determined after the full order is returned to Sweet and Lolo's LLC.

Allergens: I understand that COOKIES ARE MADE IN A KITCHEN WITH KNOWN FOOD ALLERGENS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: EGGS, MILK, WHEAT, PEANUTS. If you are allergic, I recommend using a commercial bakery that specializes in allergen-free cookies.
