Hi! I'm so glad that you are here! To get this personal styling party started, let's get to know each other a little better.

Please fill out and submit the following questionnaire. Once this is done, expect a response within 1-3 business days to complete the styling process and to discuss payment. This will include reviewing your answers, determining your needs, and making a bespoke plan of action to best suit you!

Payment is due upon invoice and before service is completed.

2. What is the occasion, location, and dates that you are needing these looks for? Or, are you simply just looking to incorporate pieces into your everyday wardrobe? If so, where do you live?*

3. Is there a specific budget that I need to stay under per item and/or per look? If you tell me "no budget" then I will take that seriously and shopping/styling could include high-dollar or designer items.*

For example: "I would ideally like for each look to be under $200 in total." or "I cannot spend more than $100 on a singular item."

4. Are there any colors in particular that you love yourself in, need me to utilize, or any that you want me to avoid? Have you had a color analysis performed? If so, which color season are you?*

5. Do you have any current items that you want me to incorporate into your looks (shoes, jewelry, handbags, coats, etc.)? I try and include these in your lookbooks, so I may want you to send me pictures of the items, if so!*

6. Are there any items in particular that you are on the hunt for (i.e. the perfect winter coat)?*

7. Any necklines, silhouettes, or materials that you want me to avoid (strapless, bodycon, etc.)? Any parts of your body that you want to highlight or hide?*

8. Do you want me to include a variety of options or stick with a specific item? For example: "I want every look to have a dress option." If variety, are you okay with dresses of any length, shorts, style of pant, tops with any sleeve-length, etc.?*

9. What stores do you tend to shop? Do you have any brands that you tend to favor?*

10. What is your height and weight? What is your estimated bra size? What size shirt do you typically wear (i.e. small or 0-2, etc.)? What size bottoms do you wear (i.e. 25 waist, regular inseam, medium, etc.)? What is your shoe size?*

12. Do you typically wear gold, silver, rose gold, or mixed metal jewelry (gold and silver)?*
