Medium Flash Signup Form

Please read and understand everything fully before continuing. Medium flash pieces are approximately 4-5 inches tall (we can go smaller if you’d prefer, but no larger) and 5-6 colors max (not including black). Flash designs are located on my Instagram (@magglesmcmaggles) and Website (magglesmcmaggles.com). Medium flash tattoos are $500, unless we are tattooing ribs, stomach, butt, mid and lower back, hips, hands and neck, those locations are $600.

Flash pieces are $500/600 paper cash is always preferred, but I do also take Venmo and most credit cards. It ultimately is whatever you feel most comfortable with!*

What days/times are generally better for you? Depending on my schedule, I may be able to get you in next week, or 5 months from now. It really does depend on my how close or far I am from a book opening. Typically, I work Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and start my first appointment around 11am. I do occasionally have weeks where I do work other days. If you're looking to schedule out on a certain date, just let me know and I'll see what I can do!
If your schedule changes frequently, we can schedule a Zoom meeting together and find a good date and time. Just let me know!
