Format of Presentation

* Please note, priority will be given to speakers with a 3 or 6 hour request. 1 hour sessions will be accepted only when the schedule permits.

Presentation Details

Please provide the session title and description for the proposed presentations. If accepted, this information will be used on the official schedule and submitted for CE approval so please make sure the information submitted is accurate and complete.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Emails sent directly to the staff or Board of Directors with an expression of interest that does not contain the complete session title and descriptions will not be reviewed.

Proposal for a Panel Presentation

If you are interested in hosting a panel as part of your presentations, you are required to provide the names of the panelists as part of your proposal and topic. PVMA is not responsible for securing the panelists for your presentation.

Co-Speakers

If you are interested in having a co-presenter with one (or more of your sessions), please provide this information as part of your session proposal. PVMA does not guarantee approval of co-speakers, nor any related travel expenses after the sessions are approved and the Speaker Agreement is signed.
