● Revisions: Standard work proposals include two rounds of minor revisions. Any additional revisions
will be billed separately at a standard half-hourly rate of $17.5 NZD.
● Confidentiality: All information shared between Logie Web Services NZ and the client will remain
confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
● Ownership: Upon final payment, ownership and copyright of the website code and its
content will be transferred to the client. However, I reserve the right to showcase the
project in my portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. In
the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed.
● Liability: Logie Web Services NZ will not be held liable for any losses or damages
resulting from the website's malfunction, hacking, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
● Maintenance and Support: Post-launch support will be provided for 30 days free of
charge, with up to 2 minor revisions. Any further maintenance or updates will be subject
to a separate agreement and fee.
