GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Location: Chattanooga Choo Choo Gardens, 1400 Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37402
• Date: Saturday, April 5, 2025
• Set-up Time: Friday, April 4 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm or Saturday, April 5 from 8:30-10:30 am. 
• Festival Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Tent Space Size: Single space = 10ft wide by 10ft long. (Must provide your own booth set up including tent/table/chairs/demos and activity/workshop materials.)
• ALL tents are required to have a minimum of 20lbs weight attached to each leg. This is an outdoor venue and the event will occur rain or shine.
• Electricity: Availble for an additional $50 fee.

EVENT FEE SCHEDULE: 

 Early Registration (ends December 31, 2024) 

• Retail & Specialty Vendors 10x10ft space: $150.00 (does not include electricity)
  
• Conservation/Non-profits 10x10ft space: $50 (does not include electricity)
  

Registration (beginning January 1, 2025)

• Retail & Specialty Vendors 10x10ft space: $200.00 (does not include electricity)
• Conservation/Non-profits 10x10ft space: $75 (does not include electricity)

LATE Registration (after March 1, 2024)  

• Retail & Specialty Vendors 10x10ft space: $250.00 (does not include electricity)
• Conservation/Non-profits 10x10ft space: $100 (does not include electricity)

RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION;

• All vendors must be set up by 10:30 am on April 5, 2025. Venue doors open to the public at 11:00 am. Since this is a public venue, last year, there were people walking through the venue before the festival started.
• All vendors must provide an engaging activity, game, educational workshop or demonstration during the festival. This will ensure the festival is interactive and engaging for attendees. Think creatively and in line with what your business or non-profit already does.
• Please note, that the event venue has low clearance and limited space. We recommend registering early to get prime location, closeset to the vehicle drop off access point. *Vendors will not be able to drive into the venue. 
• We will not be taking a percentage of any of your booth sales and will be encouraging attendees to donate to our conservation and non-profit partners. 

 
PLEASE NOTE:

• Spaces are limited (Approximately 50 available) Get your application in EARLY!
• Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.
• A completed application does not guarantee your spot. Your spot is confirmed once you receive a follow up email from us and payment is received.
• No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain or shine event.
• Electricity is an additional $50 to the vendor fee.

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. THERE IS NO RAIN DATE.

We supply the space, you supply the rest. Please upload a high res logo so we can use it for promotional purposes. We may reach out to get additional photos if needed.

Once this application has been received, we will send you information to make payment. Checks can also be mailed to Outdoor Festival, 1131 Stringers Ridge Road, Unit 2K, Chattanooga, TN 37405

Release Statement:

By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment if accepted and to abide by all rules set forth by the Festival Committee of the Chattanooga Outdoor Festival.

• I also understand and agree to the following: 
•  The Chattanooga Outdoor Festival committee are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in this festival.
• All images presented in this application or taken during the festival may be used for promotional purposes by the Chattanooga Outdoor Festival or its members.
• I am responsible for collecting TN + Hamilton County sales tax.
• My booth will be properly attended during the festival from 11 am – 7 pm and my booth area will be kept clean and safe.  No early packing up or closing of booths is allowed, the Festival runs until 7pm rain or shine.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, rain, bad weather, no show, or events that adversely affects the festival in any way.  This is a rain or shine event.

The committee reserves the right to reject any application.
