WFNL Umpire Expression of Interest
The Western Football Netball League is seeking passionate and committed umpires and mentors to join our team for the 2025 season! With matches across three venues, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that values umpire development.

Requirements:
- Minimum C Badge or willingness to work towards obtaining it during the season.
- For mentors, the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to developing umpires to build their confidence and competency.
- Confidence to umpire and manage fast-paced challenging open-age games.
- Highly developed conflict resolution skills and demonstrate the ability to manage match situations
- Open to performance feedback from WFNL mentors and support staff.
