CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of courtesy to your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact them directly.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. As a courtesy to the artist and other clients, please notify your artist if you are at all running late (even 5 minutes makes a difference).
Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artist as well as other clients waiting for appointments.
