• ✨Fine Line Tattoo Information✨
Fine line tattoos are permanent tattoos created using much smaller needles than traditional tattoos. These finer needles, combined with specialized technique, produce delicate, detailed lines. While fine line tattoos have many benefits, they also come with a few important considerations.

Because they differ from traditional tattoos, fine line pieces heal differently and typically require more maintenance. It’s important to do your research and choose an artist who specializes in this style before booking, but here are a few key things to keep in mind:

Fine line tattoos use less ink, which can sometimes lead to fading or areas needing touch-ups. While not every tattoo will require one, touch-ups are common.
These tattoos are designed to heal softer and lighter. Touch-ups help refine any inconsistencies, fading, or ink loss that may occur during healing.
Placement, skin type, and both pre- and post-care all play a major role in how your tattoo heals and ages over time.
I offer one complimentary touch-up within the first year. Most touch-ups are done after 6–8 weeks, once the tattoo is fully healed.

    Pre & Post Care
Everyone’s body heals differently, so while touch-ups can’t always be predicted, proper care makes a huge difference.

    Pre-care:
Staying hydrated is essential. Be sure to drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment, and begin moisturizing the area a few days beforehand.

    Post-care:
You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions at your appointment, but the most important guidelines to prevent fading include:

Moisturize consistently for at least 4 weeks
Keep your tattoo out of direct sunlight for 4 weeks
Avoid picking, scratching, or wearing anything that may cause friction on the area

    Hand, Foot & Finger Tattoos
Tattoos on the hands, feet, and fingers require extra consideration. These areas are higher maintenance and tend to fade more quickly than other placements.

Due to frequent use and thinner skin, these areas are more prone to ink loss and fading. Touch-ups are very likely, and in some cases, the tattoo may develop a softer or more “worn” appearance over time.

I love creating small, delicate tattoos in these areas, but it’s important that you’re comfortable with the possibility of additional maintenance.

    Please note:
My complimentary touch-up policy does not apply to hand, foot, or finger tattoos. Touch-ups for these areas are available at a minimum charge
