NELA Sports Sponsorship Request Form
We are dedicated to seeing our youth play the sports they love. As part of that effort, we have begun offering sponsorships to cover the cost of registration for players. At this time we make no guarantees as to the number and availability of sponsorship; however, will be working to provide the maximum capable.
Sponsorship Rules
1. No sponsorship decisions will be made until after registration has closed! 2. Sponsorship payments will cover the registration cost only at this time. 3. Sponsorship payment will be directly to the host organization. 4. Eligibility shall only include those who are currently receiving assisted living, SNAP, or equivalent federal and state programs within our service areas. 5. Request must be received no later than five (5) days prior to the registration deadline.
