We are passionate about providing opportunities for young artists to receive art instruction and mentorship, and to further advance their career in fine art.

#1. What is the value of the Atelier de Brésoles bursary for young artists? $350
#2. Who is eligible to apply? The bursary is open to students in their first year of CEGEP studies in Québec in Visual Arts (Program code: 510A0). Applicants must have demonstrated artistic ability and a desire to develop these skills, and demonstrated financial need. Applicants must be Canadian citizens.
#3. How do I apply? Applicants must submit: (i) digital copies of two creative works, (ii) an original essay of approximately 500 words outlining the area of fine arts they are pursuing, a (iii) letter of reference attesting to their artistic ability, and (iv)proof of enrollment in CEGEP. Applications can be submitted in French and English. Only online applications will be accepted.
#4. When is the deadline to apply? Applications will be accepted until March 1 2025.
#5. When will the bursary recipient be notified? We will select the bursary recipient by May 2025. Upon selection, the recipient must also show proof of Canadian citizenship, and demonstrate financial need.
