Job Summary:
Broom Pest Control, LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator for the day to day operations. This is not a remote position.
In this position you will:
Manage Customer Service Calls and Inquiries.
Process Payments and Invoices, including collections on past due accounts.
Assist Field Technicians with scheduling and questions.
Maintain Office Records, including quality control on accounts, filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Maintain an organized and clean office area.

Job Requirements:
Have basic knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Excel, and quick to learn new computer software.
Pest Control Industry experience (a plus but not required)
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
Qualified candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Highly organized
Have strong communication skills
Work well independently
Able to interact with clients and employees in a professional manner
