Welcome to Your In-Person Salon Experience!

Hey Slay Hey!
Thank you for hosting one of the most exciting and transformative classes in the industry. This onboarding document will walk you through all the details to ensure your event is seamless, slay-worthy, and a smashing success!

Here’s the breakdown of your investment & how to secure your spot.

💳 Deposit Details
Deposit Amount: 50% of the total investment
Payment Method: Square Invoice
Deposit Deadline: Your event date will be held for 7 days from the day the contract is sent.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your event date is officially confirmed! 🎉

Important: The investment price listed above is valid for 30 days from today’s date.

💰 Remaining Balance
Due Date: Within 7 days before the event date
Payment Method: Square Invoice

❌ Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the event within 25 days of the event date, your deposit will be forfeited.
We get it—life happens! If you have any concerns, please reach out as soon as possible.

🍽️ Lunch Breaks
If lunch is provided: We will break for 30 minutes around noon.
If lunch is NOT provided: We will break for 1 hour.

TICKETING & PROFIT (HOST KEEPS 100%)

You are welcome to sell tickets to the community and retain all ticket revenue.

Standard Ticket — $300

Sell 25 tickets → $7,500 to the salon
Sell 30 tickets → $9,000 to the salon

Premium Ticket — $350

Sell 25 tickets → $8,750 to the salon
Sell 30 tickets → $10,500 to the salon

Morning: Look & Learn session (same as above).
Afternoon: Hands-On class where stylists can practice on live models or mannequins.
J Ladner provides all color and foils – stylists bring their own tools & mannequin heads.
