Please fill out the form to be considered for a vending opportunity at our February 22, 2025 Crafts & Crystals Faire. Spots are limited for each category. You will receive an email letting you know whether you've been accepted, waitlisted, or declined. Payment will be required 48 hours after acceptance due to the large number of applicants. If payment is not received, you will forfeit your reserved spot(s). If you need more time, please reach out! Vendor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. *Please DO NOT pay before receiving an Acceptance email - check your SPAM folders!*

GUIDELINES

Your items must be handmade, fall within the crystal category, or be related to the metaphysical (ie. incense, brooms, spell jars, bone art...etc). No MLMs or boutique items are allowed.

BAKED GOODS: All baked goods must be pre-packaged and labeled with ingredients, company name & address, allergens and weight per NC regulations.

This is a designated table set-up. Each table is 8ft long and approximately 30" deep. We provide the tables! You cannot bring your own tables.

EACH TABLE IS $60. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Your vendor spot consists of the table only. No racks/displays are allowed outside the dimensions of your table unless prior approval is given. You can request more than 1 table.

Wall spots are NOT guaranteed, but we will do our best to place you in a space that will accommodate your products.

Your set-up must be completed by 9:45am the day of the event.

Your table must remain set up until at least 3:45pm to accommodate paying attendees. If you pack up early, you will not be able to participate in future events.

I understand that by submitting this event appliction, I am agreeing to the following statements:

- I am an adult 18 years of age or older and am responsible for anyone accompanying me (ie. spouse, partner, children, helpers...etc.)

- I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS the event organizers and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, employees and venue location from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in this market.

- I understand that the event organizers and venue owners will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with any injury.

- I specifically acknowledge that I, the Vendor, am engaging in this service as a vendor, at my own request and risk, and further acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, benefit or insurance coverage from the event organizers or venue owners, nor will such a claim be made by me or on my behalf.

- ALL fees paid for this event are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

- Any disrespect shown by me, or anyone accompanying me, to the event organizers and it's representatives, other fellow vendors, and event attendees could result in my immediate removal from the event and prevent me from participating in future events. In addition, my fee will be forfeited.
