COURSE CONTRACT - TERMS & CONDITIONS

between The Geospatial Survey Association & the Client Company named above
1. Places on this course are secured by the return of this signed booking contract. For individuals and sole traders, invoices will be issued at the time of booking. Joining confirmation will be sent out once the booking payment is complete. Failure to make payment will result in the booking being automatically cancelled. VAT at the standard rate will be added to all invoices.

2. The Geospatial Survey Association fees for providing the course will be in accordance with the options set out above.

3. The Geospatial Survey Association hereby agrees to provide the Client Company with the course named above to be held at its premises situated at The Survey School, Waterworks Road,Worcester, WR1 3EZ. Each training day will commence at 9.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.

4. The Client / Company is responsible for their employees' accommodation & subsistence costs.

5. Delegate substitutions can be made only by liaison with The Survey School. Will will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

6. In the event that you have to cancel your booking cancellation fees will be charged as below:

More than 30 days’ notice before course start date - no cancellation fee
29-15 days’ notice - 25% of course fee
14-1 days’ notice and “no shows” - 100% of course fee

7. The Geospatial Survey Association reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date. Where an alternative date cannot be provided, the training costs will be refunded in full.
