Will the Venue Require a Certificate of Insurance? If a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required by the venue or event, the client is responsible for covering the cost. This fee will be added to the invoice as a separate line item unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

It’s not necessary to provide a table for the artist but if you’d like to provide one, let us know so we can bring table top easels instead of floor easels. Will you be providing a table?

Service Agreement & Terms:

Service Details & Deliverables

Setup: The Artist will arrive at the event location 30–60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to complete setup.

Production: The Artist will perform caricatures in the agreed-upon style and pace discussed during the booking process (e.g., approximately 10–12 black-and-white faces per hour).

Protection: The Artist will provide protective sleeves for all completed artwork to ensure safekeeping for the guests.

Expectations: The Client acknowledges that these production rates are estimates and may vary based on guest interaction, subject complexity, and environmental conditions at the venue.

Terms & Conditions

Payment & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due upon artist arrival; work will not commence until paid. Late payments incur a 10% daily fee.

Cancellations: More than 30 days’ notice receives a refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments.

Setup & Outdoor Requirements:

The Client must provide a 5×5 ft pace, 3 chairs per artist, and access to electricity. Failure to provide these on the day of the event may result in longer setup time (which may cut into performance time that can't be made up unless client is purchasing more drawing time).

For outdoor events, the Client must provide a dry, shaded, and level surface.

The Artist reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without a refund if ambient temperatures reach or exceed 95°F, if severe weather occurs (rain, lightning, high winds), or if wildlife/environmental hazards pose a risk.

The Artist reserves the sole right to refuse to perform in any environment they deem unsafe or inadequate.

Performance: The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by lack of required setup or disruptive guests.

Service Style: Art is provided in a cartoon caricature style, not realistic portraiture. The Artist reserves the right to decline alterations to completed drawings.

Overtime: Extensions are at the Artist's discretion and must be prepaid at $50 per half-hour before starting.

Liability: The Artist is not liable for accidents or damages at the event. Force Majeure cancellations will be refunded or rescheduled by mutual agreement.
