      2. Follow the link to make payment for all registrants.*
      * Alternatively, payment for more than 5 registrants can be made by cheque. Please contact us for details.
      3. After payment is made, please send an email to researchconferencett@gmail.com with the following details:

      Registration ID (copy from form above)
      Receipt Number (from payment receipt)

      For each Registrant:

    • Terms and Conditions:

      • Registration will only be considered completed upon payment of the appropriate fees. You will be directed to the payment portal after submitting this form.
      • The virtual conference details will be shared with each registrant. Kindly ensure the correct email address is entered to receive meeting details.
      • The Inter-Institution Planning Committee reserves the right to close registration at any time before the advertised deadline.
      • The Planning Committee also reserves the right to make alterations to the programme, format, date and/or venue at any time without prior notice.

      Cancellation Policy:

      • There will be no refund for any cancellation, including in the event of absence.
      • If a participant is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute may attend at no extra charge on a case-by-case basis. Please provide the Conference Secretariat with full details of a substitute delegate in writing to researchconferencett@gmail.com.
